A cross between Tina Turner and Madonna? What a hybrid. Seriously now though, I know she's been at this business for more than two decades-she's got staying power. I remember the "song-fights" between Ayinla Kollington and Sikiru Ayinde Barrister (In retrospect, what were they thinking when they chose those names?)over her at that time."Awa l'ako j'esu awe o, k'o to ri wa fin"-(Porn to the uninitiated).

OH MA GOSH!!u dnt understand how much i love A.SALAWA her music is jus oh ma gosh man i kinda got a collection of i loved her since i was small and am only 17.i really,really wanted 2 c her on da 28th may wen she was gonna perform in southbank.xxxxxxx.
